Contacted 6 times over a period of a week both on their website and via phone. Phone remains on hold for 20+ mins at a time with no response from a real person. Was called back once first thing in the morning when I assume a fair amount of people would be sleeping and no other call back to ensure I wanted to book. Absolutely appalled by this service and will never be reaching out again. According to your other reviews I'm honestly astounded you're still in business. Hire a damn receptionist to answer the phone.
In a word "hopeless!!" wait time just to answer a booking call can be up to 30 mins or not answer at all...while all the time the pre recorderd message telling you how good they are & how they care about the customer service "BS " Take all our business now to the new radiolodgy business in town,so need to put up with this prehistoric clinic anymore Dont think I would like to be a financial share holder in this business :(

My new Doc referred me and that afternoon BR had contacted me to sort an appointment, I would have waited days, I had a bit of xray and ultrasound to get done on arms, Zero friction experience, I was in and out in no time.
Took weeks to finalise the report for my ultrasound, when I called to follow up they couldn't tell me when it would be done by. When it was done, I was not notified, and 1 month later found out there was something wrong with the baby and I needed a follow up ultrasound 2 weeks after my original one. Unacceptable.
