I don't believe many of us enjoy going to hospital for any reason at all, but if you do have to go, Bundaberg Private Day Hospital should be your first choice. I went in for a procedure yesterday, and the first thing that struck me was that the general energy of the hospital was second to none, I think mostly due to the top-notch staff (and I mean EVERYBODY) from receptionists, to nurses to the doctors themselves. I went in for a colonscopy. First one, and i was very aprehensive about it. Thursday i had a pre admission appointment. They were on time, professional, informative and patient with me. From thursday to tuesday (appt day) i was far less concerned. And on the day, every person i interacted with was the perfect blend of professional and humorous. I thought all of the nurses were extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. They made my experience of two skin cancer removals almost pleasant. The hospital is only 6 years old and everything is immaculate and super clean. Thanks for everything - you're in good hands there - Jim Turnbull
