Mum has dementia and had to have cataract surgery on both eyes. The wonderful Alan deserves a big thank you for making her feel heard and also calming her fears with some playful banter. Thanks Alan, you deserve a raise 👏 🙌
Had to have a procedure done today. Saw them Monday for prep. Patient travel forms no issues. Totally professional, I found great sense of humour and genuine care. Highly recommended. Really happy.

I don't believe many of us enjoy going to hospital for any reason at all, but if you do have to go, Bundaberg Private Day Hospital should be your first choice. I went in for a procedure yesterday, and the first thing that struck me was that the general energy of the hospital was second to none, I think mostly due to the top-notch staff (and I mean EVERYBODY) from receptionists, to nurses to the doctors themselves.
