Tired of having to take my Qashqai back for minor work. Last time I took it in I got it back with the Air-conditioning not working, but the technician who had worked on the car did not report that fault. Now I have to take the car back again. And as a result, I am now driving around in a car that is only 12 months old and has no Aircon. NOT HAPPY.
Service, spare parts, head mechanic. Cant mention any names, but I get treated extremly well and there commucation is very good. They know there stuff.
Took my car in for a service both times came out worse than it went in even though it is warranty service will not be taking my car back to them.
Not a great experience.
