Travelling from Victoria our car required urgent attention. Bundaberg Motor Group was amazing. Their service to detail was incredible. We were treated with the utmost care from the free coffee/cake and water to the courtesy bus who with a friendly smile and chat ferried us to and from. Highly recommended. Well done guys!!!!!
Kia Bundaberg is hands down the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, disorganised, and completely lacking in communication, this business should not be trusted with customer vehicles, let alone representing a global brand like Kia. From the 1st phone call with Samara Foster I knew I was in good hands. Car needed diagnostic testing done due to some electrical problems other service companies where booked out for up to 6 weeks but Samara squeezed in a booking within a week drove down from Gladstone to Bundaberg in the morning and drove home with vehicle fixed in the afternoon.
