Fantastic service
I found it very interesting to see photos of inside my ear before and after the wax micro-suctioning was done. Sarah was very gentle and explained everything well. Would definitely recommend Bundaberg Hearing and Sarah Waldock.
Some audiologists do it for the money. Sarah does it because she cares. Cochlear implantee.
Sarah was very thorough in her assessment of my hearing loss, asking me questions I have never before been asked in order to understand the period, and potential causes, of my hearing loss. I was placed in a small sound proof booth and, aside from the standard buzzer on audible sounds, was asked to repeat words. Something I have not experienced before in my 30+ years of living with hearing loss.
