Sarah was very thorough in her assessment of my hearing loss, asking me questions I have never before been asked in order to understand the period, and potential causes, of my hearing loss. I was placed in a small sound proof booth and, aside from the standard buzzer on audible sounds, was asked to repeat words. Something I have not experienced before in my 30+ years of living with hearing loss. Sarah Waldock is such a wonderful lady who is really experienced at her job. She is very thorough with checking your hearing loss and explains everything to you plain and simple so you understand what happening with your hearing loss .... I highly recommend see Sarah if you are having trouble with hearing loss of any kind. I am very grateful for the help that she gave me
