I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over month. I have made numerous calls to them and have not received any reply. They are absolutely waste of time.
Stay away from this mob. They are also trading in Hervey Bay as "Hervey Bay Fencing Solutions" which is not a registered business. They will take your deposit (illegally asking for 50%) and make excuse after excuse for not starting the job until they don't reply to calls, messages or emails at all. Dishonest, fraudulent, pathological liars. Once they take a large deposit, they come up with every excuse under the sun not to show up. Be warned about Bundaberg fencing experts. They have had the deposit for well over 6 months, we have contacted the police.
Don’t deal with this company. Very poor customer service. Actually might be a scam.
