It appears that it is all about money. Had a piece of steel in my eye 5 mins to remove $460. Asked at the time about saging eyelids . Had to rebook an appointment then when I arrived I had to go back through all the eye test that I had done 2 months before. Just finished eye inspection at specsavers but what was put up on the screen was blurry and I had to use tissue paper to cover my eye. Definitely not professional

Today I took my mother to an appointment at Bundaberg Eye Clinic. Upon arrival, there was a sign stating that the waiting room is for patients only, and that non-patients are to wait outside. At reception, I asked if my daughter and I could sit in the waiting room with my mother but was told that it was about to get busy and we would need to wait outside.
