I can't recommend Karie and Rick highly enough. We've had 2 rooms done by them so far, a small carpeted bedroom and a large kitchen/dining area with vinyl planks. They're easy to talk to, knowledgeable, give good advice, and do an excellent job. I look forward to working with them again for the rest of the floors as we move through renovations. Absolutely exceptional experience! We worked remotely with Rick & Karie to pick our vinyl and carpet for our new build, it was a little scary selecting something so important via pictures but Karie sent through so many pictures and answered so many questions to help us.
