I can't recommend Karie and Rick highly enough. We've had 2 rooms done by them so far, a small carpeted bedroom and a large kitchen/dining area with vinyl planks. They're easy to talk to, knowledgeable, give good advice, and do an excellent job. I look forward to working with them again for the rest of the floors as we move through renovations. Absolutely exceptional experience! We worked remotely with Rick & Karie to pick our vinyl and carpet for our new build, it was a little scary selecting something so important via pictures but Karie sent through so many pictures and answered so many questions to help us. Our final selections came through perfectly! Better than I ever expected. The quality of the products is excellent, but the installation is even better!
