Emergency room Bundaberg base. I cannot thank enough the staff who work under high pressure, conditions, long hours etc. Particularly the ones that with the timber of their voice / the warm smile or extra effort they have made to put some colour in what they wear, ( even though they may have family issues or not having a great day) that you know they are there to help! It’s absolutely ridiculous staff is rude, I got yelled at being told there was no room and beds available and in a lot of pain, had to wait 6-10 hours just to see a doctor it’s ridiculous

Went in for partner who had an unknown bite and infected foot, which is quite a high priority. Absolute joke. Nurse comes out to check everyone’s name to ensure she does not waste time on people who have left. That same nurse then proceeds to call out names of people that are not present and no one has left their seats. Staff waste time, are inefficient and poorly trained.
