The flowers were ok in the shop when l got them home they were half dead .l phoned the shop and told them so they gave me a ten dollar credit . I asked for a new bouquet and they told me there would be a 15.00 delivery fee.This is the third time l have had problems with Bunches. Never again will l get flowers from them!!

Had a horrible experience at this store. Their arrangements are tacky so I wanted to make my own arrangement. Once I decided on flowers and started getting them from buckets this lady jumped and YELLED that I can’t take them because those flowers are for other arrangements. Side note, their fridges were empty. Why wouldn’t they move their product that is not for sale is a mystery. Never in my life I was yelled at by the store staff.
