I can’t recommend them enough—my mama absolutely loved her flowers! The arrangement was even more stunning than I imagined. Delivery and everything was perfect! Thank you so much!
The teddy bear was paid for but not delivered with the flowers. It was a long weekend but owner did not get back to me until Tuesday. Staff had been working but did not respond to 2 phone calls, to complete the delivery. Refund was promptly processed on Tuesday. We had ordered my sister’s funeral flowers from here a few months ago and all seemed to be well with that delivery. For this current delivery , they dropped the ball on the delivery and on customer service to rectify the mistake.
I always get amazing flowers here, great arrangements and a cheery greeting. I have never gotten anything but ooooh's and awwwe's when presenting them.
