My poor friend Jen lost her mum and her family sent her flowers which were delivered to her front porch on the 20th. Jen found them on the 28th She went to your shop and you didn’t care You said you didn’t ring or message her, even though her uncle had provided her number, in case it was a surprise Her mother passed away and she couldn’t even find solace in the arrangement sent to her You didn’t offer an apology or a replacement Absolutely shocking customer service
One of our saddest days made a Lil brighter. Thank you ladies. I highly recommend at an even more affordable cost. Support maryborough locals businesses so places like these remain open.
