If possible I would have given them -10 stars. My whole move fell apart when they did not show up on the date of the move. I called them 20 times and left a bunch of voicemails and texts. I called Uhaul Moving Help as well if they can get hold of them but they could not also contact them. They sent them a couple of emails as well but no response from Dexter and company. Dexter really saved the day for us last Sunday, we had hired Moving Pros and they didn't show up on time they called and said they were coming in 45min then called to cancel they said it was to cold. We went to U-Haul and they recommended Dexter we contacted and he came with a helper and helped us so much. He was kind, helpful and most of all reliable!!
Dexter delivered a U-Box for me in St. Joseph. He's super responsive, professional, and kind. I felt really well taken care of!
These guys are scammers. We wanted a fence and a deck. They will come up with every excuse in the book to make a dollar and delay progress. Dexter will play the good guy and Jewels will play the tough guy and is high all the time. DO NOT HIRE THEM WITHOUT A CONTRACT. They stole 33k from my mother-in-law and quit when we wouldn’t pay 14k more for a simple fence and deck. They do not know what they are doing.
