Ordered flowers for delivery for an important birthday while abroad, what arrived was disgraceful. It has been a long time since I felt so ripped off by a florist, live and learn. Never again.
Today was my sons 10th birthday so I took him to give him his first bunch of flowers and we were nicely greeted by Nat. After telling Nat the reason for the visit she took my son and didn’t sell bunches of flowers but simply talked about the different flowers. After a few up and downs around the flowers a bunch was chosen and as we continued talking at the counter Nat shared about her two grown sons and it was easy to see they mean the world to her and before we knew it the bunch of flowers was gifted to my son. Wonderful and helpful service. I ordered from abroad on Women's day for some family members, and even though it was very busy, the ladies were able to fit in my order and the flowers were so beautiful. I hope to order again!
I purchased some yellow roses for a date on Sunday. The arrangement was perfect and my date absolutely loved them. This was my first visit to the store and sure will not be my last. The two staff members where helpful, kind, courteous and very happy to have a conversation. I will most certainly be coming back, as I noticed you had many wonderful arrangements which will suit many occasions. They have beautiful fresh flowers and creative arrangements. My order was a sympathy order and they were so helpful and offered constructive advice. They also don’t try to upsell you. I don’t often offer a review, only when I truly believe it’s deserved.
