I had a faulty AC and called Bunch Heating & Cooling during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Tonya answered the phone and got me scheduled right away. She was very friendly and professional, and you could tell she truly cared about helping me. TK was the technician who came to my house. He is so knowledgable when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems. He was also a super nice guy who treated my home and pets as if they were his own.
