Husband went to hospital, misdiagnosed and Ellen Bunch just agreed with the staff. I had a major fit and insisted they bring in the right expert. Saved my husbands life. $3000 a year for nada. We are out of there.

This review left by "Helena" is totally inaccurate at the minimum and terribly inflammatory at the extreme. This person "Helena" (Patient Registration was "Isabelle Mxxxx-Hxxxxx Kxxxxx) joined my practice for a brief period of 4 days. Her husband never joined my practice and was never under my care. Isabelle (aka Helena) was given a full and complete refund on June 27, 2022 of membership fees paid on June 22, 2022 despite her signing an agreement which stated the first quarter is non-refundable.
Anyone looking for a new family practice physician in the Prescott area should consider Dr. Ellen Bunch. My husband and I joined her practice when she opened in 2005. It is a small, family run business - her husband is the receptionist and their 2 cats make every visit more fun!! Their care and compassion is amazing. I have never felt like my Dr. was a friend until now. They genuinely care about every aspect of my health and well-being.
I am more than impressed with Dr Ellen Bunch's practice! So refreshing from the rushed, impersonal and billing focused practices. Smart doctor too! She is always there to answer and address my concerns at every visit. But what is more than that is that she doesn't make you come in every time you need her. She will handle certain things that do not require you to be in her office over the phone or Zoom. Love that!
Meh Knowledge of medicine. Advertises that she will make recommendations of specialists. Every doctor in town does that. $3000/year is a lot to have someone evaluate blood work when the normal values are already pointed by the lab. Not available for emergencies. Weird office in her home and husband with no medical training is the only staff.
