These two appraised my house for $65k less than the second opinion I got! The owner Steve and Tammy were incredibly rude when I politely asked about the discrepancy. They immediately launched into a tirade about their expertise and threatened to sue me if I left I review, saying they would "find me" because they knew my address (from the appraisal!) and had "the best lawyers". These two are clearly unhinged and should be avoided for your own sanity!
