I recently bought a 2021 Amarok and called VW Bunbury for advice on how to use the off road related buttons. Ashleigh on the service desk found out everything I needed to know and called me back with precise, simple and easy to follow instructions within an hour. Excellent customer service. I look forward to having my Amarok serviced and looked after by VW Bunbury for many years.
I have had incredible service from VW Bunbury! They’ve fixed my Golf previously, efficient staff who are also knowledgeable and kind. Today I came in with a minor problem and it was fixed immediately. Special mention to Ash at the service dept customer service area - she’s consistently awesome and helpful! I shall be back.

I would like to share my recent experience I had with Bunbury Volkswagen Service Department. My VW Touareg had an electronics problem caused by a rear end collision. The Service Manager, Technician and the front desk manager all went well above what I expected from them. They made what could have been a very bad experience into a much more positive outcome. We were provided with a vehicle each time our car went in for testing and were kept updated during the process 5 stars for Bunbury Volkswagen
