Needed a diagnosis on an issue with the fuel injector pump - I specifically asked over the phone if they could do that (rather than just tell me the engine code and send me on) - they advised yes of course and booked me in. They quoted me 12k to ‘fix my issues’ - basically rebuild the fuel pump and get all new associated parts. When I asked how they came to that conclusion, they told me they couldn’t diagnose the issue further than ‘the fuel pump’ - not what I was told over the phone. Waste of time and money then! Had car problems on our way down to Bunbury. Called in on off chance they could check out the car. Reception staff (Trish) was so helpful. Was able to fit us in to check out the problem even though they may not be able to fix it depending on what it was. Not having any transport, they were kind enough to find us a courtesy car for a couple of hours whilst checking the car.
