So far Toyota has been less than helpful providing my daughter and I with any information about an insurance claim they have been approved to do. They have taken months to order parts and communicate with me about what works they are doing on our car. The entire time, my daughter has had no car to drive. Had a few issues with standard service, gave them a chance and it was remediated. Big lady behind the front desk that thinks she owns the place needs to be sacked and employ someone with some people skills, continually interupting, arrogant, acting as if she was hiding something, your not a mechanic so go back to your desk.

Touring WA with an L/C 300 series 1.5 km from Bunbury Toyota a warning on dash Engine Maintenance required. Brett and all in the service Department at Bunbury facilitated the replacement of the 7th injector within 3 hrs. A big thanks to all at Bunbury Toyota.
