This is an update on the review I wrote five months ago... Once again, I had another wonderful experience when I visited Bunbury Subaru on Tuesday for another capped service on my 2016 Forester. Ashley Millman and Shane Donovan are always so welcoming and go out of their way to explain everything or clarify any questions I have. Cannot fault Bunbury Subaru. Had my Forester for a year and am so glad I bought this car. It is everything and more i could have hoped for. Bevan was fantastic and was not pushy at all. Car just had its first service and was more than happy with everything. So nice to be able to drop off and not have to leave it all day with no idea when it would be ready
Now I'm going to kick this off with a first-world gripe. On the way to pick up my new Crosscheck I texted my daughter saying "I hope they don't put a bow on it". They did. Almost cost a star but frankly that would be churlish given the excellent service I got from Daniel and the team. He wasn't pushy or smarmy, gave me a very fair deal, kept me informed along the way and gave a comprehensive run-down of the features I needed to know about before I took off. Recommended.
