Wrongfully asked my 82 year old father with a heart condition to leave one day earlier and illegally moved his belongings out of the room and left them on the floor. His room was fully payed until the next day. On the pretext that I expressed being annoyed on the phone zero apologies where given. He kindly accepted another room later on and no one offered to help carry his belongings for him. Reception is useless, unable to resolve any issues, you get a shoulder shrug, an eye roll and maybe a sorry that will not fix anything... read more
The only thing that let it down was the staff they argued and never said sorry to us but the cleanliness and comfort of the room was great.
