One Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Bunbury Pools. Our pool build was estimated at 2–3 months and has now exceeded 15 months, with the pool still incomplete more than a year after the concrete formwork was poured. Early on, the building application submitted by Bunbury Pools was rejected due to incorrect diagrams and measurements, and I was asked to complete and resubmit it myself. If I could give less than one star, I would. Our experience with Bunbury Pools has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, communication was almost non existent. Weeks would go by with no updates, no returned calls, and no clear answers. When work finally happened, the quality was poor. Bunbury Pools provided a One Stop Shop for our pool project. Within an impressive three-month timeframe, they handled the Shire requirements, excavated and installed the pool of our choice, with no hold ups on the day despite very heavy rainfall. They installed fencing and Paving and made good the area. The team was courteous and hardworking, and we felt in very safe experienced hands with the owner Peter Stewart.
