Absolutely love our new pool from Bunbury Pools. The whole process was so easy, and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with how it looks and would highly recommend Bunbury Pools!
You pay for earthworks but If they hit rock you have to find your own digger to remove the rock which is extra $. Just bring out a digger that can remove rock in the first place.
I got my pool installed around 3 years ago (the company has been sold since). BEWARE!! i paid for earthworks....they scam you by bringing out a tiny toothpick toy digger that is good for digging up a kids playground or maybe a duck pond which is not capable of doing the job for a large pool. My pool was not the largest size but the second largest. The toy digger would of taken around 2 weeks to dig the hole required for my pool size. We recently had a pool installed by Bunbury Pools and a very happy with the end result. Communication from the Bunbury Pools team was a breeze from the first consultation through to the finished install. The instalation was done efficiently and left a clean jobs site by the hard working team and as a result we are left with a pool that we can enjoy for years to come. One Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Bunbury Pools. Our pool build was estimated at 2–3 months and has now exceeded 15 months, with the pool still incomplete more than a year after the concrete formwork was poured. Early on, the building application submitted by Bunbury Pools was rejected due to incorrect diagrams and measurements, and I was asked to complete and resubmit it myself.
