My Y62 went in for 10k service expecting to pay the $499 capped fee.... when car was dropped off, we told them the engine light had come on. on the way to Bunbury and the hand brake didn't hold so needed to be adjusted. Was told it would need to run a scan for the engine light. Upon picking up the vehicle I was charged $80 for the hand brake adjustment, and they graciously reduced the scan price from $330 to $160 given the car was already there. Total price $763!
