I was very happy with the service & the treatment we received during the time taken to complete the 15000km service with Chery in Bunbury. I have always received great help & advice from Tiana who knows the Chery & the computer system inside out. Also grateful for the drop off service into Bunbury & back to the service centre again. We live in Dunsborough so it was an all day affair, but we had a good day seeing parts of Bunbury that we hadn’t seen for years. Would recommend The service centre to anyone. Thanks Peter jager

My partner took our car to Mitsubishi for repairs, and after waiting for two months, the issue is still not fully fixed. The customer service has been extremely disappointing — poor communication, lack of updates, and overall inefficiency. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I would give them zero stars if that were an option.
