I am currently staying at this hotel and the air conditioning is not working at all—it doesn’t blow any air, hot or cold. The room is freezing and extremely uncomfortable. The hotel provided a portable heater as a backup, but it is also not functioning. This is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a child under two years old. Proper maintenance and guest comfort should be a top priority. R 308 309
