This hotel was fantastic. So clean amd view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar was fun and lively. The hotel was close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
Our first visit to this venue we found the location was great and the staff were great as well. Sarah at reception was so helpful and changed our room at very short notice when we found that our first floor room had NO STAIR access as the stairwell doors are all locked which is against the law as its a fire exit. We got a ground floor room. Poppy was also outstanding. It seems new locks were fitted recently so I guess this will change. Brilliant place to stay, wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities. Easy access to beach and town centre.
