My daughter has had her vehicle to this dealership twice. The first time was to carry out a service and replace the cable to the fuel door. The wrong part was ordered, not the dealerships fault, so it needed to come back. It was booked in when the parts team notified it was available. Max provided me with exceptional and personalised service and I may have made a friend for life. When I first signed the contract for my car in August 2024 things were going really well for me, and then a sitiation arose where I then called Max to let him know I won't be able to continue with the contract.
