Sent car in for a timing belt replacement and 100 point check. Collected car with a broken drive belt tensioner. It was fine before it went in so was damaged in the process of replacing the timing belt. They had the gall to advise that the drive belt tensioner needed replacement. They also advised that the rear brake pads and drums required replacement. As soon as I got the car home I removed the drums to inspect and can assure you that they had not touched the rear wheels let alone the drums. Both drums were seized on with ... read more
I had a phone call to inform me a needed a new battery and wiper blades. That was the only call I had during my 91,000km service. Imagine my surprise when the total came to $1400. In a time when you have to put most food shopping back because things are grim and times are tough - a bit devastating. A bit of communication goes a long way. Love the shuttle bus service though. Can’t afford to return though
