Absolutely shocking service from the office that has cost me time, money and inconvenienced my customers. My first 1 star review. - Rang and provided dimensions, weight of pallet and delivery address. Was provided a price for a tail lift and told to drop off at Perth location. - Provided freight quote to customer and drove nearly 200km to depot to drop off. - On arrival told the order must be pre booked and paid.
