Firstly, these guys understood the importance of aircon for us older folk and they were booked to come out within a week. Others I contacted were unavailable for over a month. The young fella was very pleasant and completed the job super quick. It was a very simple fix, which he did not charge. It was covered in the call out. Thank you so much for an all round hassle free experience. Will certainly recommend them and I will call them if I need help in the future. Great work. Steve

Fitted 2 ducted systems in my home 11 months ago. Amazing service and communication, would highly recommend the whole team from initial phone call to the fitters. Excellent job and still very happy.
Useless. After initial phone contact discussing my needs, I was told they would send a quote through. This was delayed and I was told it would be sent through the following week. After waiting I still didn't receive the quote so I chased up with an email. The sales person did not respond, so I gave it another week. Would highly recommend Bunbury Air, Karen and Brad specifically where amazing to deal with you cannot fault their customer service. Installers arrived on time and answered any questions I had on the day. After a few hiccups our new ducted system was installed after 2 days, however Jade was able to answer any questions and concerns I had in a professional manner and eased my mind. Luke showed us in detail how to use and maintain our new ducted system. Would definitely recommend Bunbury Air.
