There should be an option for zero stars. Absolutely awful experience with this company! Not sure what games they were playing but left me and my two young kids without heat for 6 weeks! Kept getting given stories about where our parts were. Eventually called the distributor directly myself to be told that this company had cancelled the work order claiming they couldn’t contact me! This is despite the fact I had spoken to them atleast once a week for 6 weeks to chase up what was going on! So got lied too over and over again!... read more
Firstly, these guys understood the importance of aircon for us older folk and they were booked to come out within a week. Others I contacted were unavailable for over a month. The young fella was very pleasant and completed the job super quick. It was a very simple fix, which he did not charge. It was covered in the call out. Thank you so much for an all round hassle free experience. Will certainly recommend them and I will call them if I need help in the future. Great work. Steve

Fitted 2 ducted systems in my home 11 months ago. Amazing service and communication, would highly recommend the whole team from initial phone call to the fitters. Excellent job and still very happy.
Useless. After initial phone contact discussing my needs, I was told they would send a quote through. This was delayed and I was told it would be sent through the following week. After waiting I still didn't receive the quote so I chased up with an email. The sales person did not respond, so I gave it another week.
