Useless. After initial phone contact discussing my needs, I was told they would send a quote through. This was delayed and I was told it would be sent through the following week. After waiting I still didn't receive the quote so I chased up with an email. The sales person did not respond, so I gave it another week. Would highly recommend Bunbury Air, Karen and Brad specifically where amazing to deal with you cannot fault their customer service. Installers arrived on time and answered any questions I had on the day. After a few hiccups our new ducted system was installed after 2 days, however Jade was able to answer any questions and concerns I had in a professional manner and eased my mind. Luke showed us in detail how to use and maintain our new ducted system. Would definitely recommend Bunbury Air.
Highly recommended. Promptly turned up to quote. Explanation of pros and cons of different systems and what was suitable for our home was in depth with no hard sell. Quotes arrived on the same day. On install day today I cannot fault the service. Turned up on time, were courteous, friendly, did a fantastic job and left our home looking like they had not been there. Excellent explanation how to use the control pad as well. Thanks heaps guys.
Every part of dealing with Jared and the crew was fantastic. Planing was a breeze and install was very professional. Thanks for making life cool again 🤩
Don’t expect any aftersales service from this company. Had a problem with the expensive system and no help whatsoever. Tried to speak to the owner Luke to discuss the problem and wouldn’t even come to the phone. Staff would just hang up when trying to work out a solution. Oh well nice hot house thanks to these cowboys.
