My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Terry and his team for 14 years, and have never had a negative experience in all of that time. We respect Terry’s judgment and opinions when it comes to our vehicles, and could not recommend Bunbury Automotive more highly.
The customer service was pretty terrible. I asked to read over what was performed on my car before I paid and was told to hurry up because they were in a meeting? She didn't have any time for my questions and the pricing wasn't fantastic for what was performed. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
Great and friendly service, from front office to workshop. Van came back cleaner than when I dropped it in.
