Although this Google entry is in my husband's name, as his wife, Judy, I am providing a review on my appointment with DR NEIL SINCLAIR at this establishment. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and, although I never normally provide negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance. I recently underwent bilateral Ptosis correction with Dr Sinclaire. From referral, to procedure, to follow up appointments my experience was seamless and easy. The procedure itself was way less stressful than I anticipated, due to the immense skill and professionalism of Dr Sinclaire and my healing was quick and painless. Staff at both Busselton and Bunbury practices were always friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr Sinclaire and Bunbury and Busselton Eye Doctors to anyone.
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Had both eyes. Neil Sinclair and some unknown off sider. Had nothing but discomfort and deteriorated eyesight not to mention expense of Perth eye specialists to rectify, to no avail. I emphatically Do Not recommend. They just don't care once you're out the door.
Beyond wonderful, always helpful, 10/10 - lucky to have such quality professionals in a regional area. Thankyou Mr Jackson and team.
The staff need to inform themselves regarding support workers. In my role, I am there to help communicate with medical people and to remember what is said to our clients for later discussion with their families. Being told to wait outside numerous times and stages of the procedure is not correct practice. We are there to support clients through medical treatments. Also, the building is five shades of grey and needs some music for better confidentiality.
