My son needed an emergency appointment and was referred to this clinic by the Emergency Department. I read the reviews and was worried as there were many negative ones. I called the practice and they fit my child in on the same day with Dr Sinclair. He was patient with my son, who was very anxious. He explained every step to me and was reassuring and courteous. Lovely staff working to save sight. Everyone is kind and supportive. If you need an ophthalmologist, this is a great practice where they'll take good care of you and treat you with kindness and respect.
I understand that specialist eye appointments can take 1–2 hours overall, and I was under the impression that within that timeframe I would have actually seen the doctor — including any testing, scans, or waiting for eye drops to work — not still be sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. My wife had been referred to this establishment by her doctor. We have been there no less than 4 times and on each occasion, we have left considerably poorer. The last two appointments were dealt with quickly (less than 30 minutes) and we left more than $600 poorer. Prior to departing, we went to the counter to pay the excessively high bill.
