I wrote a bad review of Renee Bumpus because I could never reach her and I wanted her to see what had happened to me. I will take back my '1' rating since we have managed to talk over Facebook now. She apologizes for what happened. Although I ended up going somewhere else she was recommended to me by my doctor and otherwise has good reviews.
After several months of difficulties trying to get an appointment and strange conversations with the receptionist who kept forgetting that my MD had sent a referral, I was finally given one. I happened to call the day before because I was ill. The receptionist said that Ms. Bumpus wouldn't be there anyway. She also told me that she had been calling me all morning me to let me know. Renee is very good with therapeutic techniques for children on the Autistic spectrum. She has an honest, direct approach and is consistent in her message.
