If I could give a 0 I would! I called for an itemised quote, or atleast something more formal than the email I received, that I could provide to the party who had bumped into me for payment, as we agreed to use Bumper Tech. The way I was spoken to over the phone was incredibly condescending and lost you the business. Maybe you should think about this for the future. Job lost!
