Very bad experience. Ordered the part from there and the old guy told me no policy of return. I asked them even I don't install it and then he didn't say much. When I showed that part to my machenic he said I don't need to change the part because he found the problem in gas tank and he solved the problem. Called them yesterday and ordered a part for my car and they said they will order it and will have it for the next day, showed up to pick it up and they said “we forgot to order it” 🤦♂️
I’m disappointed with my experience with [12245 Fort rd]. I specifically asked for [ day light bulbs ] and relied on their recommendation. Unfortunately, the item they suggested was completely unsuitable didn’t match the vehicle When I came back for a refund or replacement, the owner refused to resolve the issue which the employee was scared to correct him.
