Went to purchase brake fluid. Customer service was very poor cashier demanded cash only with attitude. Never going back! Do not recommend unless you walk with cash
First shopping on their B2B website for engine air filter of 2021 RAV4. Purchased one as recommended by search results. But was told it didn't fit the car when I asked the pick-up counter to confirm if the product was exactly what I wanted. And funniest thing is pick-up counter can't do anything to correct the mistake. I have to contact the website (that's their company) to ask for a return and refund. What a service!!! Generally speaking, the pick-up counter guys are nice. I understand it's their procedure. But it's a shame... read more
