First shopping on their B2B website for engine air filter of 2021 RAV4. Purchased one as recommended by search results. But was told it didn't fit the car when I asked the pick-up counter to confirm if the product was exactly what I wanted. And funniest thing is pick-up counter can't do anything to correct the mistake. I have to contact the website (that's their company) to ask for a return and refund. What a service!!!
