Always friendly and helpful. On occasion they have not had what I was looking for, so they helped me find an alternative solution or ordered the part/item. I have never had to wait long for an ordered item. They almost have a little bit of everything when it comes to auto, RV, tools (other "work stuff"), etc, as well as some products you wouldn't expect.
I wish this place was in my home town. My trailer blew a wheel bearing coming into Merritt and it was looking grim until I was pointed to this Bumper to Bumper. The guy running the place is Bryan and he happened to be the one helping me sort things out. Not only was he able to get me the parts I needed, he also took the time to help me assemble them knowing I was essentially on the side of a road with minimal tools.
