The store manager, ordered the wrong part for me. Refused to give me a refund, and basically stole my money considering they kept the wrong part that they ordered.
Outrageous prices I just called to see if they had a high pressure powersteering hose and they did not.. guy said he can order one total is 157.... as if I said Napa said 80 auto and tractor said 70.. someone trying to make extra for himself or something cause that price was Outrageous lmao 🤣
Brought my truck in for some work and had the new leveling kit to install. They said they would need it for the whole morning.I took the morning off work and after I dropped it off they called to say that it would take a minimum of 6 hours and that I would have to come back. I live 45 minutes away. Wasted my time and income. Direction for installation of part is 2 - 3 hours. Obviously they don't know what they are doing. Went to MPS and they installed it in 2 hours!
