My driver's side windshield wiper came off on such a terrible snow day! A couple of gentlemen stopped and helped me put it back on and suggested I go to Bumper to Bumper in Drayton Valley and get new windshield wipers ASAP! What a great experience! Chris, at Bumper to Bumper was so good! He had the driver's side wiper in stock and ordered the passenger side wiper! He installed the driver's side and called me the next day to say the one he ordered was in! He was so good and so helpful! Thank you Bumper to Bumper
Amazing, friendly, and quick service. Found the wiper blades I needed replaced super quick, installed them for me on a wet wintery day, and even replaced one wiper free of charge when it broke off the car about a week later. Very happy with the customer service, you guys are awesome.
They were the only parts store that was able to find common parts for my car. I have a good relationship with the owner. Never had any problems with Brian's, just the parts manufacturers or the warehouse supplier. They for some reason cannot seem to send the correct break hoses . I don't know if they stock the left as ide parts into the right side bin but bit is certainly annoying when you order a part from 3 different businesses and the same thing happens.
