Such amazing staff, they are incredibly helpful and kind.
Went inside, there was no other clients, 2 people where behind the counter having a nice personal conversation. Never acknowledged me. I'd figured I'd let them finish their little chat, after 15 minutes I left and that when one of the worker mentioned he can help me. Safe to say I'll never be back
The customer service was awesome at first, but things kind of went downhill after that. My parts didn’t arrive when I was told they would, and every time I called (at least three times to follow up), Brian would just transfer me to Jimmy without letting me know, and all he’d say was, "wait." One suggestion: It might be helpful to collect customers' contact numbers so you can keep them updated on their orders. That way, they don’t have to make trips or follow-up calls for nothing. Super friendly staff. I was saving a crow that had been struck by a car and as soon as they saw me they told me to come in and offered me a box. I'll be getting my car parts from there here on out.
