The customer service was awesome at first, but things kind of went downhill after that. My parts didn’t arrive when I was told they would, and every time I called (at least three times to follow up), Brian would just transfer me to Jimmy without letting me know, and all he’d say was, "wait." Super friendly staff. I was saving a crow that had been struck by a car and as soon as they saw me they told me to come in and offered me a box. I'll be getting my car parts from there here on out.
