I'd like to let Powers be at your company TJ that works in the Stroud store has done an amazing job for me I've been dealing with him for years and years and he always takes care of me he has gone out of his way for me on weekends even to come by the shop and drop parts off for me the other gentlemen Rob has been rude to many customers and myself TJ keeps that store going you're lucky he is there otherwise I wouldn't deal with you people Congratulations to TJ
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUDE ON THE PHONE. I Called in requesting for a price and information on brakes and the guy seemed annoyed by my question! I am a rookie and was shopping for brakes and am I not allowed to do my research, get quotes and ask questions?? . I’ve been in this store before and I know exactly who it was. He’s an old white guy always seems flustered. I am never stepping foot here again, I’ll go to another bumper to bumper… but not this one!
I went there yesterday and had a great chat with the manager, he was was super firndly and helpfull. Highly recommend
Ive been a customer of this store for like 15 years I've always had amazing service. Until Friday got there at 8am as that's when the store opens when I got there the parts delivery guy is like no one is here I waited 20 mins for the desk clerk to show up he was sitting in his car in the parking lot ok whatever. On to Monday I needed to return the parts I got cause they where wrong got there at 8am and same thing no desk clerk. 15mins later the shows up and comes in and says it will take a few mins for the computer to boot I... read more
