I had a very disappointing experience with Bumper Doctor. Before making the one-hour drive, I called to confirm they had the rear bumper cover I needed, and they told me they did for $150. Based on that information, I drove all the way there, only to be told after they “checked” that they didn’t actually have it. Making customers waste two hours of driving because your inventory wasn’t verified is simply unacceptable. A quick check before confirming availability would have saved me the trip.
