Hair nightmare!!! Tracy burnt out my daughter and I's hair all over in the back and the front. It's burnt out so badly that theres no fullness to it at all. She also burns when shes pressing hair. If anyone keeps going to her, that person will be guaranteed no hair growth. She had a nasty unprofessional attitude towards me as a paying customer.
