I really struggled to find my grove juggling being a new mum and getting back into shape. I’m so glad I have found bump it up fitness, the girls have given me the push I needed. They will modify any exercises if needed and do a great job of assisting mums pre and postnatally who may need extra help or need to take extra care. They really know their stuff and always give me the little extra push I need at times! 100% would recommend, love their work!
I cannot recommend Bump it up Fitness Mitchell highly enough. After I had my second bub I really wasn't sure how to get back into the gym but Jacqui and Lauren gave me confidence to start back and to push myself. I really love how it is a community and not just a gym, you get to connect with other mums and the best part is you can bring your little ones with you which makes it so much easier to make time to exercise!
This is a beautiful safe place to work out, the trainers listen to what you need and adapt the programs accordingly. There's an amazing focus on safely exercising within each individuals ability. I love training here.
I started at Bump it Up when 28 weeks pregnant and am so glad I did! According to my women’s health physio (who Jacqui from Bump it Up recommended) I came out of pregnancy in really good shape, and that’s at least partly because I was able to safely stay fit throughout. I’ve also gone back since having my baby, and it’s such a supportive environment for an anxious first time mum. Highly recommend, especially for any mums or mums to be out there.
I'm so glad I found bump it up! Jacqui gave me confidence to start back exercising after my second bub and I can't thank her enough. Bump it up is such a supportive environment where you can take your kids with you, have fun, and learn a lot while exercising. The team is very knowledgeable and can modify exercises to support mums pre and postnatally, which you don't get at your average gym.
