I had my Toyota Highlander repaired at Bump & Grind Auto Body. While the repair itself was fine, the customer service was absolutely terrible. When they called me to pick up my car and pay the balance, they suddenly informed me that there would be a fee for paying by credit card and refused to accept a check. I explained that this was a company car and needed to be paid for with a company credit card or check, but they wouldn’t budge. I showed up there without an appointment (I was driving past) and asked if they could just come outside (in the freezing below zero temps) to look at the side of my car where a panel was out of place. I expected them to say I needed to make an appointment, or give me a quick estimate of what it would cost to repair. But Dennis just took his fist and quickly knocked it back into place.
