I showed up there without an appointment (I was driving past) and asked if they could just come outside (in the freezing below zero temps) to look at the side of my car where a panel was out of place. I expected them to say I needed to make an appointment, or give me a quick estimate of what it would cost to repair. But Dennis just took his fist and quickly knocked it back into place.
