The new facility changes offer some really cool things for kids. It's great that it is bigger, and I think the layout has improved. I would love to see more kid-friendly bathrooms (toddler toilet seat attachments, pull out step stools for sinks). I love that they are 2-hour sessions, but the price increase means I have to come less often with my kids. I'd love a punch card or some way for loyalty to be rewarded with discounts!
I've been to 3 parties here and hosted one here as well. The staff is amazing, attentive, and so very helpful. 10/10 would absolutely recommend having your kiddos birthday party here.
My kid has had a great time every Saturday with friendly staff. Teaching a 1 year old how to balance and tumble with patience and grace.
