Fran is amazing at this. Having done hypnobirthing before and it working I only wanted a refresher this time round. She was so accommodating, came to our home and tailored the course to our needs, it was perfect. I'm a big believer in hypnobirthing and woman supporting woman so this ticked all the boxes!
I was a real skeptic about hypnobirthing... UNTIL NOW!! In all seriousness, I thought this class would be a lot of sitting around talking about feelings and listening to whale music (boo, typical bloke reaction), but Fran made the material a lot more relatable than I was expecting and was able to show how the birth partner can support and be involved without feeling silly which in itself will help my wife while in labour.
