I had a terrible experience with Bumble Bee Blinds and would not recommend them to anyone. After spending thousands in blinds, I feel ripped off. The blinds themselves are extremely disappointing. They do not block light like normal blinds should. Even with all of them closed, I can't even see my TV to watch a movie during the daytime. It started during scheduling after they measured my windows and I placed the order. Not sure how they have a 4.8 star rating. But we spent a fortune on ordering shades for them and they made errors which they did not own upto. The drapes were done extremely poorly too so we had to eat the cost and do the alterations ourselves. Mistakes happen but all other vendors i dealt with fixed it promptly and took responsibility for it except bumble Bee blinds.

Repeatedly make errors. Gave us the wrong drapes, we decided to still keep them and asked them to at least correct the length. Even after the adjustment they didn't get it right. Even the pleats are poorly done. We gave up and hired someone else to fix them.. Their roman shades were well done and installed. However would not use their service again.
