We had Bumbe Bee of Fairfield install plantation shutters throughout our home. We have been extremely pleased from the time of our first contact until the installation was complete. Everyone, from Betsy, the salespeople to Tyler, the installer, have been super nice to deal with as well as very knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the shutter are top notch. I highly recommend them.
We purchased our shutters from this company and not only did they ruin our molding, but after the installation they told us that the product they sold us wasn't designed to open. The whole process was incredibly unprofessional and they made no effort to remedy the situation. They blamed the hardware, which was provided by them, and asked for advice on how to fix the problem. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any installation in my home.
