This was the best of the best experience I have had with any auto dealership. My mother and I drove about 2 hours to get here, and they did not disappoint. I did not call, to even verify if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, the reviews alone got my hopes up so high that we took that drive. Buying was good tag service is horrible
I contacted Bumble Auto about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The price provided to me over text was $2500 more than the price shown online. The salesman said he would look into the price difference and get back to me. That was 3.5 weeks ago, never heard back. I bought from someone else.
These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and I can't stress that enough! Never have I witnessed such amazing after-purchase customer care, commitment, and patience. They stand by the vehicles they sell and really go the extra mile - definitely not your typical "used car dealer". These guys are extremely professional and take pride in making sure everything is right, even long after your purchase. Well worth the drive for me, and I would certainly shop there again.
Called Edwin this morning….asked for a purchase order for a car, they were selling, he had emailed it over to me in 10 mins …got the financing from my personal bank ….in & out in 30 mins
